Specific Use Permit (SUP21-0008)

The Town has received an application for a Public Hearing to consider an ordinance granting Specific Use Permit No. 474 (SUP21-0008– River Walk Retail Phase II) to permit a fast-food restaurant with a drive-through window. The property is generally located south of Promenade Way and east of Long Prairie Road.

The PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, will hold a public hearing for this request on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in Jody Smith Hall at the Flower Mound Town Hall, located at 2121 Cross Timbers Road/FM-1171. The Planning & Zoning Commission will recommend approval or denial to the Town Council.

The TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Flower Mound, Texas, will hold a public hearing for this request on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in Jody Smith Hall at the Flower Mound Town Hall, located at 2121 Cross Timbers Road/FM-1171. The Town Council will make the final decision.
