How to Safely Unfreeze a Pipe or Drain

As you may have seen from the several email blasts and web articles we have provided over this severe weather we have experienced, we are coming to you to address matters to best off-set circumstances you are in (Power/No power - No water/Water Usage).

It important to recognize as we begin to thaw out from this that given such severe weather conditions that although temperatures may go back to normal, there is still a risk of burst plumbing lines so you are aware.
